Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended dress code?

Beachwear is required.
Please bring your swimwear and towels.
Swimwear can be purchased at the waterpark's shops, and towel rental is also available on site.

What are the hours of operation?

The waterpark is open from 10.00 am to 18.30 pm.
Please note the closing time of the park is not fixed and is based on the sunset timing, and we request you to double check the park timings before visiting the park.

Can I bring water and food?

You can bring up to 0.5 litres of water per person. Outside food is not permitted.
There are cafes in the park where you can buy water and food.

What is the accepted age range?

Children under 1.2 m and under 3 years old are free.
Children 3-7 years old - children's ticket.
8 years old and above - adult ticket.
Documents confirming the age of the child may be required at the entrance.
To visit some of the slides, must be latter than 1.2 m.
For the little ones, there is a special play and swimming area called Splashers Island and Lagoon.
All young children must wear armbands and swim diapers.

Can tickets be canceled or refunded?

Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.

Is the park wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the park is accessible for wheelchair users.

Is there a play area for children?
