Child policy: - Children under 6 years old are free of charge. - Children aged 6–17 years old require a child ticket. Good to know: - Entry to the interior of the National Palace of Pena is only permitted at the pre‑booked date and time shown on your ticket. - The ticket is valid for a single entry to the Park and National Palace of Pena. - Allow around 30 minutes to walk from the park entrance to the palace before your scheduled entry time. - Last admission to the park is 1 hour before closing time. - Last admission to the palace is 30 minutes before closing time. - Operating hours and access to some areas may change or be suspended due to adverse weather, fire risk, safety conditions or maintenance work. - Certain paths and garden areas may be temporarily closed; visitors must follow on‑site signs and respect barriers. - From 2 March to 1 April 2026, the Private Apartments area of the National Palace of Pena is closed to visitors.
